Well, you basically said it yourself. You crave acceptance. What you need to do now is to stop caring about the people around you that influence your opinion in negative ways. If you surround yourself with people that lift you higher, you’ll get better at the things you love and life will be a lot more enjoyable. In general, I’d simply get rid of the negativity in your life, discover the things you love, experience new things and stay consistent with the things you find fun and interesting and soon you’ll have a much happier life and you’ll eventually find yourself, as cheesy as it sounds.

Make sure to eat clean. Nutrition is the key to any of your fitness goals, whether it’s building muscle or losing fat.
Make sure to get yourself a goal that you’ll be working towards to, because many people quit when it comes to consistency.
Personally I would recommend to start with easier exercises and once you’ve acquired a good mind muscle connection go for the advanced exercises. I say that because I’ve seen people go for the advanced exercises straight away and they tend to do them wrong; they don’t have proper muscle contractions and they sometimes injure themselves as well and I don’t think you want that haha.
